Deal Avenue ยท Last updated: October 8, 2026
Deal Avenue is a board game. We built it to collect as little as possible.
1. Contact
Questions or requests about this policy or your data: LAPPCORP@outlook.com.
2. No account
Deal Avenue has no account or sign-in. You don't give us an email address, a phone number or a real name to play.
3. What stays on your device
Your player name, your language and your sound and display settings are saved only on your device. To let you return to a match after a dropped connection, the game also keeps the code of your last room and a random reconnection key that the server gave you for it. Deleting the app deletes all of this.
4. What goes to the match server
When you create or join an online room, the game connects to our match server and sends:
- the player name you typed and the character you pick in the room, so the other people in the room can see them;
- your moves during the match.
During a match the server also keeps the random reconnection key of each seat, so that only the device that held a seat can take it back from the bot. The server keeps all of this only while the room is open, in memory, and does not save it. When the room closes, it is gone.
The server's log records only technical events, such as "room ABCDE opened" and the number of open rooms and connections. It does not record your name, your moves or your IP address.
The tutorial and matches against bots are played on your device and send nothing to the server.
5. Club subscription (iPhone)
On iPhone, you get 1 free online match per day. To play more online matches the same day, the game asks for the Deal Avenue Club: a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, each starting with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The tutorial and matches against bots are free.
Payment is handled by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your payment details. To count the free match, the game keeps on your device only the date of the last free online match; that date is not sent anywhere.
The club screen and the check of whether your club is active use Superwall, a third-party service. To do that, Superwall receives your purchase history in this app (which plan you bought and when). Superwall declares this data as not linked to your identity, not used for tracking and used only to make the app work. Superwall's own privacy policy applies to that data: superwall.com/legal/privacy-policy.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. "Restore purchases", in the game's Settings, brings back a club bought on another device with the same Apple ID.
6. What we don't do
- No account or sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising, and no third-party SDKs for them.
- No access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos.
- We don't sell or share any data.
7. Support requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you and to fix the game.
8. Children
The game asks for no personal information. The player name is whatever you type, and you don't need to use your real name.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
