These Terms of Use govern your use of the Deal Avenue game. By playing Deal Avenue, you agree to these Terms.

2. The game

Deal Avenue is a board game for 2 to 4 players, played against bots on your device or with friends in private online rooms. It is for entertainment only.

3. Game money has no real value

The money, lots, buildings and cards in a match exist only inside the game. They can't be bought, sold, traded or cashed out, and they have no value outside the match. Deal Avenue has no betting or gambling, and nothing can be bought inside a match.

4. Club subscription (iPhone)

On iPhone, the tutorial and matches against bots are free, and every player gets 1 free online match per day. To play more online matches the same day, the game offers the Deal Avenue Club through Apple In-App Purchase: a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. All three give the same access.

• The price and the length of each plan are shown before you buy.
• Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Apple shows the trial terms before you confirm, and only one free trial is available per Apple ID. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

On computer (Steam), Deal Avenue has no subscription and no limit on online matches.

5. Restore purchases

"Restore purchases", in the game's Settings, brings back a club bought with the same Apple ID on another device or after reinstalling the game.

6. Online rooms

Online rooms need an internet connection and our match server. We try to keep the server available, but we can't promise it will always be online. If your connection drops during a match, a bot takes your seat until you come back.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use offensive, hateful or illegal player names, or names that pretend to be someone else;
• cheat, interfere with the match server or with other players' matches;
• bypass the paywall or purchase checks;
• reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it;
• use the game in a way that breaks the law.

8. Changes to the game

We may update, change or remove parts of Deal Avenue. We won't intentionally take away access you already paid for without a valid reason.

9. Disclaimer

Deal Avenue is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the game or the match server will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Avenue and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the game.

11. Apple terms

If you got Deal Avenue from the App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and the App Store terms. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

12. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new Terms.
