These Terms of Use govern your use of the Thaly mobile app. By using Thaly, you agree to these Terms.

2. The App

Thaly helps you organize habits, tasks, reminders, and focus sessions. The app is provided for personal productivity and organization purposes.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

Thaly is not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice service. The app may help you organize routines, but it does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee any personal, health, productivity, or financial outcome.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the habits, tasks, notes, reminders, and other content you add to Thaly. You agree not to use the app to store or create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Thaly may offer premium features through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

• Subscription pricing and duration are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription rules.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, Apple will show the trial terms before confirmation.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

6. Restore Purchases

If you purchase premium access, you may restore purchases using the restore option provided in the app or paywall when available. Restore functionality depends on Apple's purchase system and your Apple ID.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Thaly at any time. We may also change premium features, provided that we do not intentionally remove access you have already paid for without a valid reason.

8. iCloud, Notifications, and Device Features

Some features may depend on Apple services or device permissions, such as iCloud, notifications, and Live Activities. These services are provided by Apple and may not be available in all regions, accounts, devices, or system versions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Thaly, attempt to reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, interfere with its operation, bypass paywalls or purchase checks, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

10. Disclaimer

Thaly is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every personal expectation or productivity goal.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thaly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

12. Apple Terms

Your use of Thaly through the App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's standard end-user license terms and App Store terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Thaly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
