What to include

• your device (for example, iPhone 16 or Windows PC);
• your iOS or system version;
• the game version (in the App Store, on the Deal Avenue page), if you know it;
• the room code, if the problem happened in an online room;
• a short description and, if it helps, a screenshot.

Please don't send sensitive personal information.

Club subscription (iPhone)

On iPhone, you get 1 free online match per day. The tutorial and matches against bots are always free. The Deal Avenue Club, a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, unlocks more online matches the same day. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

To avoid being charged after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To manage or cancel: open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and choose Deal Avenue.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

If the club doesn't show as active after buying, or after reinstalling the game, open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Online rooms

• To play with friends, tap "Create room" and share the 5-letter code. Your friends tap "Join with code".
• If your connection drops, a bot takes your seat. Enter the same room code again on the same device to get your seat back.
• If the game can't reach the server, check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes.

Deleting your data

Your player name and settings are saved only on your device. Deleting the game removes them. The match server keeps nothing after a room closes.
